Feature request: Locking Mesh to mesh

Similarly to gluing without needing to glue. You can lock one mesh to another (kind of thinks how items work in vtube studio) where you can move the main mesh and it follows. However if you move the locked on mesh it will stretch it. I could see this being useful in multiple applications such as tails, arms, legs. Or even if you want something to "fly away" but always stay locked to the hand or something it would move with the hand. It would be as if combining meshes into a deformer and gluing had a child.
