Memory Leaks in Cubism 5.3

- Live2D Software Version: Cubisim Editor 5.3
- OS & Version: Windows 11
- Graphics Specifications: GeForce 3060 12GB VRAM
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- Memory: 32GB RAM
- Illustration Software used: Clip Studio

I noticed that 5.3 seems to be using more RAM than 5.1 while working on a relatively normal model size. I was wondering if there was a way to manage the memory leaks? I usually stream while working on models and the RAM usage for Live2D is very intensive. Even when not streaming, the usage can spike up to 80% while only having Live2D open. Mean while in 5.1, I didn't really have this issue.

  • The ram usage fully depends in your model, probably on this model you added multiple PSD's ? or some of them got bugged when adding, that usually increases a lot the ram usage, on the bottom right of the program show the usage of ram of the program if you double click it you can "flush" oput but is recommendable to just reset the prgram every so often
