Head input from Physics settings disappear ?!!!!

The head input disappears ! I don't know how to get it back. Help please !

Thanks for using our product.

Presets can be recovered by selecting [Physics] → [Initialize Input Preset] from the Physics setting menu.

Note, however, that any presets you have created will be lost at this time.
