Recovered File [ERROR] java.util.NoSuchElementException

I accidentally deleted my .cmo3 file for my rig mistaking it for a .moc3 file. I was able to recover a version from the recycling bin, not great I know, but it seems to be about the same size as when it was deleted. I try to open the file in the Editor and nothing seems to happen but I get this error log:

I noticed someone else had a similar error log and was able to get their file repaired. I'm still holding out hope that it can be recovered, and if it helps I also have the exported files and texture atlas from this save. I just need to ask before I restart months of work.
