[About macOS Sequoia] (Updated October 22, 2024)
Live2D Cubism Editor 5.1.02 now supports macOS Sequoia.
Other Live2D Cubism products currently released are not guaranteed to work on macOS Sequoia.
Please refrain from upgrading macOS, as it may not operate properly.

why can't i import my psd file in live2d?
it will start to load for a second and then nothing happens. i already tried check the color profile, i copied and pasted all the layers on a different canvas and tried to reimport it, i changed the size to a smaller one, i tried to only import one layer, and nothing works.
i am on windows 10, with an intel core i3 6006U @2.00GHz CPU, intel HD graphics 520 2gb GPU and 4gb ram. (don't make fun of my little laptop, it can run other psd files fine, this one is the only proboematic one.)

Thanks for using our products.
Sorry, but your PC environment does not meet our recommended requirements, so it could be an environmental issue.
If other PSDs are loading fine, then the problem may have been caused by the way the PSDs were created.
