PRIORITY PHYSICS BUG - Value changes effecting other groups (5.1.00) impossible to make models

I had a friend confirm with these steps in an empty file as well and they have the same results.

1.To produce the bug; create two physics group on an empty file

2.In group 2, raise the maximum above 10 (I use 20) then raise the center value above 10


In Test_1, the maximum position becomes the center value of Test_2
Changing the minimum value of Test_2 to anything above the center value of Test_1 changes the center value of Test_1
The same occurs when changing the values of the Angle

This makes many physics adjustments impossible without messing up other parts of the model!

I called it priority because this issue likely has a large impact on a lot of users ability to make models. It's become a common practice to "offset" physics using the effected settings to avoid an issue where pendulums seem to stick to the "0" value. Any models built with that feature will have broken physics when adjusted in this version of the software, so I hope it can be fixed soon!
