Live2D Cubism (5.0.06) crashes after selecting either Pro Free Trial or normal Free Trial
I'm not entirely sure what is going on. I installed the software and from the very beginning, the software would just immediately crash.
It used to crash after opening the software. Went through this particular crash about 10 or so times.
And now I see it loads that welcome news screen it used to crash so much on.
But now when I try to select whether to start the Pro free trial or the regular free trial, it just crashes.
I get no error messages, so I'm confused as to what is going on.
Here are my system specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core processor
GPU: Radeon RX 6700XT
Memory: 48GB RAM

Thank you for your patience with our response.
I would like to check something.
Does the problem occur after reinstalling Cubism Editor 5.0.06?
Do you have problems with Cubism Editor 4.2.04 or 5.1.00?
Are you using any resident software or security software that manages windows? If so, close them completely and try again.
Does the problem still occur when you double-click on CubismEditor5_d3d.bat to start the program?
If you have checked these and still have problems, please open CubismEditor5.bat from the command prompt as shown in the image and send us a log until it crashes.
Best regards.
