hope Cubism window not be forced to on top when opening

I hope that when opening Cubism, the Cubism window and advertising window will not be forced to appear at the front of all windows.
I have been using Cubism for four years.
This is annoying.

If we can choose Cubism window or folder window appearing on top initiative or not when export model, it's better.
