[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)

macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

im on free trial pro and model wont save

so i was working on my moms model and i tried to save but it just turned the curser white then black again so i kept trying and it still will not work. i was almost done with her model but forgot to save all the way through but then it crashed so i opened it back up and looked in the backup folder but saw nothing that made me cry but i started again but i got done with the eyes and mouth then tried to save but nothing, i looked in the keybourd shortkut thing and i was pressing the right buttons but it still would not save. i am very confused and upset

    Let me check a few things.
    First, is the CubismEditor you are using the free version?
    If so, there are some limitations on saving data created with the free version.
    Please check here.

    If none of the above apply to you, what are the specs of your PC?
    If your question is about the Editor
    - Live2D software version: (e.g. Cubism Editor 4.0.01)
    - OS and version: (e.g. Windows 10, macOS HighSierra)
    - PC model: (e.g. MacBookPro 2017)
    - Graphics Specifications: (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M)
    - CPU: (e.g. Intel Core i7-7700)
    - Memory: (Example: 8GB)
    - Illustration software used (e.g. Photoshop, ClipStudio, SAI)
    - Please attach a screenshot or captured video showing the problem:

    When this problem occurs (e.g. when trying to save a file), does the log palette show an error?

    i am not on the free version and am useing the 5.0 when i click the log its not an error it seems its just not saving and when i open a new model with no peramiters or anything it still does not save
