Hello! I asked to my father to buy the "Annual Plan" for me. But after we complete the "Payment Method", it asks to put something about "Push" or code numbers from the bank of the card credit that he used, it was asking to open the bank app and read the QR CODE and we did that, but the page says that was a error on the code numbers, we try again and happened the same thing. After, he tried another credit card and happened again. Now, we think that the two cards will pay the annual plan, but on the cart continues with the annual plan (seems that we pay nothing), just the second card was discounted $0,01, if was discounted, that's meens that we finish the plan, but I din't receive any e-mail and any license key. We need help!!

I was filing in it inquiry form, and I saw an "Order Number" and "License Key" but I can't find it because the purchase wasn't finished. So now I am sending an e-mail to "store@live2d.com". Thanks for the help again!
