how I can recover my license of the program?

I change my Pc, I install the program. I erase the prgrma of the old PC, but I cant find the license and I olnly have 12 days of test. Do yo need data of my buy it? Name, mail .. etc. Please help me to recover the license... I pay all the year....

    Do you see the -1005 error on the Editor on your new PC?


    If the PC is replaced without deactivating the license, the license will remain activated on the old PC.

    Please refer to the following link for information on how to deactivate your license.

    Hello, I am having the same issue and have had no response from support. How long should I expect to wait for a response? I need to regain access to my license as soon as possible.
