I want to change the default fps for exporting animations，what should i do？
I need to create a lot of GIFs，so i want change default fps.

This is Live2D staff.
Is it your opinion that the FPS value returns to default after restarting Editor when exporting GIFs and you want to change it?
If it is incorrect, please use the image and tell us which part you are referring to.
