Hello,
I’ve been trying to send a ticket to get help with my license using the contact section on the site but whenever i try to confirm the ticket it does nothing or keeps loading. I’ve tried on different browsers and devices too but nothing worked. Is there any other way i can get into contact about my license issue?

Yes i filled out everything and checked the box at the bottom, when pressing confirm nothing happens.
A browser extension or the browser itself may be doing something wrong.
What browser are you using? And have you installed any extensions such as ad blockers?
If you're ok, you could try using a browser you don't normally use, such as Edge.

From December 4th until today, an internal bug in the email form caused emails from certain regions to be restricted.
