Live2D Cubism Editor 5.1.02 now supports macOS Sequoia.
Other Live2D Cubism products currently released are not guaranteed to work on macOS Sequoia.

Possible to convert moc3 file back to cmo3 file?
Hello everyone,
A streamer friend's pc crashed and lost they lost a majority of of their files, including the cmo3 file. The original rigger has the file, but is refusing to give it to them due to the complexity of the model and fear of it being broken or lost again to a crash. they did however send a copy of the moc3 file along with the json files and png texture files. Is it possible to convert a moc3 file back into the cmo3 file at all?

Unfortunately, perhaps it is impossible.
MOC3 should not have all the information of CMO3. I think some of the information was removed.
The conversion tool is not officially released and will not be expected to be released in the future.
