Other Live2D Cubism products currently released are not guaranteed to work on macOS Sequoia.

Your new download page is broken, I have been seeing complaints about users stuck in this screen with no output at all
Sometime the fix is reloading the page, or wait for several minutes until the file is downloaded.
You should also consider adding a link to retry or linking to direct download link ("Your download will start automatically. Click here if the download does not start").
