Parameters not moving

Hello! Im going insane.

So - recently i finished my model and upon completion while checking if everything works in the physics 'Random Pose' function angle x and y DID NOT move. I ignored it because they worked just fine when i moved them myself. After exporting and importing into a program they DO NOT MOVE.

I checked in backup versions.

X and Y completely unmoving.

HELP?? i checked in a few discussions and nothing has helped. At this point im depressed and desperate. I dont want to start multiple things over from an old version.

UPDATE: I found a backup that works. It's when i was pretty much done but before i started work on the whiskers. A backup that doesn't work is 5 minutes apart from this one. I literally have no idea what happened.
