Export file doesnt show up

umm so I wanted to export my wip model to test eyes in Live2D because one doesnt blink when I click "Play" in model physic scene but when I did atlas textures but I got pixeled so much my model (was loading a little long and started to lag) and when I tried to "Export for runtine " as moc3 file and chose folder and clicked "ok" nothing happened, the folder was still empty, i tried many times and still nothing ;n; idk what to do anymore pls help i have 2 weeks to end my model

P.S i have perhaps 4.2.00 version of Live2D and I work on my laptop and before I made two models so it shouldnt be aweak device problem

    okay so about pixeled issue i fixed it by choosing the highest px (16384x16384) but still when I try to export the file it still doesnt show up in the folder or anywhere as i mentioned:c
