Editor lags when I open OBS?

I was trying to stream while rigging a model and anytime I would have OBS and the Editor open at the same time, my frames would drop to 15 at best. I tried allocating more than to the Editor (16000 compared to the 4000 it starts with) and that made no difference. It works fine when I don't have OBS open, and OBS is fine without the Editor open, it's only when the two are open at the same time. I have no idea what's causing this, as the Editor takes barely 1% of my CPU when it's open, and OBS takes the same amount of my CPU even when the Editor isn't open.
Any ideas?
