My live2d cubism doesn't want to save my progress

in Other Live2D Products and Tools (Other Photoshop Scripts, Sample Data, etc.)
I just started my trial on live 2d cubism editor(on win10) but every time I save it does get saved in the file but the next time I open the file my progress is all gone. its kinda pissing me off what should I do?
