Live2D 5.0 alpha won't open

I've double clicked on the application twice and it would not run. I've reset my pc, deleted the temp files, made it the only live2d application installed on my computer and reinstalled it on a different drive. Did all that and it's still not working. However if I ran the 4.2 version it works but I use 5.0 for the ease on my eyes for the dark background setting.

The same thing happens to me, I've been using version 5.0 for a while and it's the first time it's happened to me

Same problem! The other versions of Cubism are opening, just the alpha deosn't work

I'm glad to see this isn't just a me problem. It used to work fine, suddenly it doesn't open (not even a flash screen), neither the editor nor Viewer. 4.2 opens fine.

I did just do a windows update, prior to it not working. Did Anyone else do that ,or is it just coincidence for me?

I had the problem before even updating windows (I updated it thinking that it may help) so it is not a window update compatibility problem

I checked on the discord, seems like the Alpha version ended today, and that's why this has happened. Welp.
