Is it possible to program a model on a certain phrase so it animates automatically?

Hello everyone!
I am only watching tutorials for now and haven’t yet decided if I want to proceed with learning this software but this is a matter that really interest me, so I would appreciate your help!
Is it possible to program a model on a certain phrase so it animates automatically?
For example the word „WHAT?“ is there a script that can be activated when program recognises this phrase. For example to make a model glitch or is it only possible to change model expressions by clicking on them?
Also I have another question, is it possible to upload animations as png sequence (for a mouth for example) or then the program won’t be able to track it?
