We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

I have done some experiments. I have experimented with a couple of things: deleting the icon data and then running "Open by program". The icon now looks like the image on the left.
I think the fix is probably as follows
1. Make sure the icon file exists.
In Windows/Program Files/Live2D Cubism XX(version name)/app/res, there should be a group of files called XX.ico. Without them, the icon images will not load. If not, try reinstalling Editor.
2. If the icon images are present, try opening them in another program and then re-opening them in the Cubism Editor.
Anyway, it may be easiest to reinstall.
Please try them.
Wiindows mark > Settings > Apps > Prescribed Apps
Scroll to the bottom of the Prescribed Apps screen and execute "Reset all prescribed apps".
Please try this method.
