someone has version 3.2 of live2d cubism? Its the only one that functions in my computer

I am sorry to say this, but, I recommend you to buy new computer.
For 150,000 yen(Japanese yen), you could buy a Laptop or Desktop that is powerful enough to run Cubism 4. Perhaps even 100,000 yen might be enough to run it.
