Hello! I have noticed recently that every time I import a file into the program and begin tampering with it, the program freezes to the point where I can only move my mouse and select things. If I try to move anything or zoom in/out on the canvas, nothing happens. I have tried it with different files to see if the file was corrupted and the same thing happened. I then updated to the latest version and still, the program freezes every time I move something. I've even tried reinstalling completely. My laptop is still new and quite powerful, and I've been using Live2D for almost a year without issue until now. Is there a way I could fix this?

At first, the program works fine, but after I try to move a parameter or part, it freezes. I would attach proof of that, but I seem to have run into a completely new problem. As seen in the screenshot, the workspace has randomly gone black.
Thank you very much for your reply.
We believe that one of the following is the cause of the problem
-An on-board environment.
(Cubism does not support on-board environment)
-You are using a custom theme.
(If you are using a custom theme, it may not work properly.)
-Have created illustrations with Firealpaca.
(Please use CLIP STUDIO PAINT or Photoshop. (Please use CLIP STUDIO PAINT or Photoshop. Other software may cause problems.)
If you have resolved all three of the above issues and the problem still persists, please contact us again.
Best regards.
