I downloaded a 2d vtuber model and i want to change some of the features but i cant seem to open it.

Live 2D version: cubism viewer (for OW) 4.2.01
OS: Windows 10
PC Model: custom built
Graphics specs: GTX 1060
CPU: Intel Core Intel Xeon E5-1603
memory: 32 GB
Illustration software used: Affinity Photo
There is this apex mirage model I downloaded and I wanted to change some of its features but I can't seem to open it with the files I have if someone could tell me how that would be amazing.
