box pleated skirt, confusing, bewildering, perplexing
Hi, I'm working on an illustration for a live2d model to give away free. the model has a box pleated skirt, but am but am unsure how to separate all the pleats??? also in my research I came across a mention of using extra layers to get a rotation effect but have no idea how that works??? please heeelp
