Bug? New Random Pose doesn't animate the Eye Open parameter

In Live2D 4.2, the Random Pose button doesn't seems to animate Eye Open parameters, despite the parameter is checked in the setting. Other parameters can be randomized, and Random A/B would also animate the eye opens, but the Random Pose option doesn't.
