Freezing when using Save, Save As, and Open...

I took a break from Cubism program for a few months, I am unsure if it is caused by a system update or other.

- Live2D Software Version: 4.1.05
- OS & Version: Windows 10
- PC Model: Custom
- Graphics Specifications: GeForce GTX 1080
- CPU: Intel Core i7-8700
- Memory: 16GB
- Illustration Software used: Photoshop

Every time I click/use-the-shortcut of either of these options the whole program stops. I've let it sit for about 5-10 mins without any changes. Looking at Task Manager, it says it's there & does not give a "Not Responding" notification, however, it doesn't seem to do anything. I've open and closed it multiple times and it keeps doing it.

I've used 4.0 earlier and had some saved projects. I was able to access them, however, I cannot save them. I then updated, to the 4.1.05 hoping it would work-- Same problem. I can open things in Recent Files, however, I cannot open nor save projects.

  • SOLVED:
For some reason, left clicking the the Cubism Editor Icon/Shortcut and choosing "Run as Administrator" worked. The corresponding window pops up without freezing.

(I had also used attempts of trying to Alt+Space+M thinking that the window might've been lost off screen-- however, that didn't work)
