[SERIOUS BUG] UI glitch is corrupting my project

Live2D Cubism Editor UI glitch almost had me losing my project today.
I was reordering some parts in Parts palette tree and suddenly the UI glitched, the Part that I dragged on mouse release is gone and when I try to undo the canvas view is gone. I saved the project in that state, now turns out the project I saved can't be opened anymore.

Luckily I have backups since I have plenty of experiences with Live2D corrupting projects, just want to let you know that this situation still happens.

I will DM the project and logs when requested, for now here's the error I tried to open the corrupted project:

For the record I'm using Live2D Cubism v4.1.05.
