There are no parts folders

Hello, so as you can read by the title, there are no parts folders appearing at all, like Eyeball, Mouth, etc... Super frustrating since I can't get parts to move now Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I've tried to open the model again multiple times but nothing will change, the folders still don't appear. When I open an empty file the folders are there, but I can't properly import my model there.

Just as a heads up, I read the earlier thread where someone has the same problem, but clicking Window and Reset Status is not working for me.
