Crash 4.1 free

hello! my live2d starts up but loads awhile and then crashed, attached log files.
i've used the free version long time ago and worked fine, now i want to try it again it doesn't load for me, i've reinstalled to newer version and did my firewall , run as admin, and still does the same.

this is my setup.
Core: Intel i7-6700 @3.4GHz
Motherboard : Asus B150 Pro Gaming
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1080ti
RAM: 16GB

Could you open a sample model to check if Cubism Editor is working properly?
If this is only happening with certain files, could you please provide the files for us to investigate?
Also, what operations did you perform before the problem occurred?
What is your computer's OS?

@kudo(Staff) i'm using window, i didnt open any folders, just starting up editor and about few second it just closes, i've tried opening mark sample, does the same, attached screenshot how it looks, the msg pops up and tries to load and it just closes

Is your computer Windows 10?

Please delete the following configuration folder and check the behavior of the Editor.
【Windows】
C:\Users\{User name}\AppData\Roaming\Live2D\Cubism4_Editor\
