Program won’t open at all

Just installed Live2D and it won’t open at all, anytime I try to run it- it’s just nothing at all. I’ve reset my pc, changed my pc’s theme, reinstalled live2d, run as admin, turned off firewalls and tried different versions, I’m stumped 🤷

None it helped. Nothing has changed and I cannot do the steps in "When log can not be acquired" all i get is "'-classpath' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

I reinstalled the program and Now i am getting "C:\Program Files\Live2D Cubism 4.1>CubismEditor4.bat
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: ûXmx512M
Unrecognized option: ûXmx512M
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit."
