Physics Window Not Showing

The editor has been working fine, but when I go to open the physics settings window, it doesn't pop up, at all. It's not showing up on the task bar, and nothing I do seems to bring it up, if its even there. Furthermore the main screen doesn't let me click on anything as if the window IS up. Then I have to use the task manager to even close the program. I've tried trying older versions, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works. Please help!!

Does the company use more than one monitor?
If so, please check the behavior with only one monitor connected to the computer at a time.

Please delete the following configuration folder and check the behavior of the Editor.
    【Windows】
    C:\Users\{User name}\AppData\Roaming\Live2D\Cubism4_Editor\

    We appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you.
