[BUG] Editor freeze when Export Model by shortcut

Whenever I call 'Export Model' by shortcut (Ctrl + Alt + S) for the first time there's a chance that the whole Editor will freeze. Like the export model dialog shown up, but you can't click on anything or closing the Export dialog. I have to forcefully terminate the Editor from Task Manager.
This happens any project, particularly with large/complicated model. So it's not specific to one model.
Calling the function from File > Export for Runtime however is fine and rarely has problem.

I suspect that when the first time Export function is called, it will check the whole model textures before showing the Export dialogue. You can notice that after Export function is called once there will be no delay in showing Export dialogue afterwards. However there's something that stalls the function when the it is called for the first time by hotkey. Not sure if it's specific to my PC.
