[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Hello, I'm a Live2D Cubism PRO user and currently developing a live2d website with the latest version of Cubism SDK for Web.
I'm testing the SDK using CubismWebSamples
https://github.com/Live2D/CubismWebSamples. However, I found there is no audio that can play when I'm using Safari(Version. 14.1.2), but Google Chrome (Version. 96.0.4664.55) is fine.
Is there any help or guide that I can follow? so that I can let Cubism SDK for Web work properly on Safari. Thank you
very much!

Thank you for your contact.
This is Live2D Support.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As a prerequisite, please create the audio playback function by yourself.
Which is the pattern of this problem?
I have implemented the audio playback function, but the audio does not play only in Safari.
The lip-sync function is not working because the audio file is not recognized only in Safari.
