Please help, I can't select add mesh/move part.

So for some reason I cant select or move a part of my character, I tried adding mesh and path deformer but its not working. Does anyone know how to fix this? When I tried to select it, it becomes like the picture.

Is the "Lock Drawable Object" in the view area selected as shown in the attached image?
If it is locked, please unlock it by selecting the icon.
