Draw Order parameter greyed out?

Hello, I'm trying to change the draw order for a texture, but the param is greyed out. Opacity IS available though. I double checked that there are no keyframes selected off-axis. It isn't locked. What other factors are there that determine if you can reorder draw order? Thanks for any help

Update: I double checked and one of the other toggle parameters was yellow, I moved it up and down and now I can change the draw order again!
