My workspace on my animation section is gone, what should i do?

Im still kinda new to this community but when my live 2d froze for a moment, started lagging and when i tried saving my animation it told me that only a 3 frame step is available for a free version, the second i pressed okay and i accidentally click an option on mywrok space wit "3" "2" "1" is gone and i tried dragging the project back on the workspace but it doesnt work... is there any specific thing that i have to click on? please help i really put effort in this animation. my workspace is gone.

In the menu at the top of the Editor screen, select "Window" and then check "Timeline".
If it is checked, please search your computer screen to see if it is hidden in another window.
