Visual Glitches/Marks when exporting as .moc3

https://youtu.be/neMm8XMtxYU

Hello, the video above demonstrates what issue I'm running into. After I try exporting my project as a .moc3 the layers look glitched, smeared, and have marks that weren't there before I exported them. What could be the issue and how can I fix this? It should be noted that I did infact use photoshop before rigging it on live 2D. I also followed this tutorial. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you so much.

these are my settings before exporting, since they didn't appear in the video.

  • I've been having what seems to be the same problem with all the models I've tried to make lately. I believe my settings are the same as the user's above (apart from the export target, which is higher res) and I am also using Photoshop.

I would like to add that with all the experiences I've had with this glitch, I've had trouble initially importing the psd file into Live2D for no apparent reason. I have managed to bypass this first problem by creating copy psd files of my model, eventually one file will import (seemingly at random, I make no changes to the file).

Then once I am all done rigging, I have the same issue mentioned above. I have tried to re-export multiple times but the glitches only become more pronounced.

Should I send a message to staff as well, or is there now a fix I should know about?

    Hello, @demonkun
    Thank you for your files.

We investigated the cause of the problem and found that it was caused by overlapping images in the texture atlas.
The problem could be solved by using auto-layout or other methods to eliminate the overlap.
Please see if this fixes the problem.

For more information about the texture atlas, click here.

For the sake of future development, if you have any idea why there is overlap, please let us know.

    We appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you.
