[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

I can't open any files.
-Live2d Cubism Editor 4.1.00, free trial, Windows 10, 10GB.
I just downloaded Live2d yesterday, and I've been trying to put a PSD file in there and it loads for a few seconds, then nothing appears. I've uninstalled it and installed it again, the same thing.
Attempt 1 to drop the file :
Then it says "Loading PSD file..." for like 1 milisecond and disappears, nothing appears in the field.
Attempt 2 to open the file :
I press open, but nothing appears.
Can you please help?

Please check that your Editor can read the psd file of the sample model (the one for which the psd file is distributed).
