Live2d Trial expired after just downloading it

I just got live2d and I've never used the program before. I wanted to download the trial period for pro, but when I open it, it says that the trial is already expired? What do I do?

I also downloaded the latest version on May 13th, it immediately said my trial expired. I purchased a license anyways, and haven't been able to register at all. Initially, it was trial expired, followed by an Error 8, and after I followed support's instructions I'm now getting an Error 1, -153.
I have no idea what's going on, but I think the Live 2D licensing server is being buggy.
