[About macOS Sequoia] (Updated October 22, 2024)
Live2D Cubism Editor 5.1.02 now supports macOS Sequoia.
Other Live2D Cubism products currently released are not guaranteed to work on macOS Sequoia.
Please refrain from upgrading macOS, as it may not operate properly.

Live2D Viewer will not let me open any files
- Live2D Software Version: Cubism Editor 4.1 Beta
- OS & Version: Windows 10,
- Graphics Specifications: e.g. GeForce GTX 1060
- CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
- Memory: 16GB
- Illustration Software used: Paint Tool Sai
Previously, Live2D viewer had worked fine for me. But suddenly it will not let me open any model files. I have no idea what might be wrong. But here is the attached log. I'm at my wits end!
- OS & Version: Windows 10,
- Graphics Specifications: e.g. GeForce GTX 1060
- CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
- Memory: 16GB
- Illustration Software used: Paint Tool Sai

・Your Windows or graphics driver may be outdated, please update to the latest version.
・Please download sample model and open it in the Viewer
https://www.live2d.com/en/download/sample-data/
・when can not you open it in the viewer?(e.g. after updated to 4.1.00 beta1)
・What kind of changes have you made to your computer settings or installed software recently?
