Help! Is my file too big?!

I'm working in Paint Tool Sai 2 and wanted a better quality model. So, I did what almost everyone does—went online for answers! I've seen and read multiple threads of people saying to just make the model bigger and increase quality. . . but they never say by how much! So, like the fool that I am I took matters into my own hands!

My new canvas is a complete monster, being 9000 x 10767 px per inch and a 25400 DPI! Eh, go big or go home right? Well. . . I might be going home if Live2D can't handle it! Is this overkill?
