Automatic Smiling?

Hello!
I'm creating a character in Live2D to use with Facerig. I have a question that I'd really appreciate help with.
She has a smile expression that's sort of iconic for her. I'd like to know if there's a way for her to display this mouth if my webcam doesn't detect my mouth moving for a second or so.
I'd still like it to track my head movement and such, but I'd just like the mouth to default to this shape after a moment.
Is something automatic like this possible, or would I be limited to toggling it with a keybind or something?
