[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Cubism 3.0 wont even start
I double click the icon and the splash screen comes up but then i get an error box reading
Sorry, but an error has occurred at startup, Please contact customer support
The best i can give you guys as far as troubleshooting are the log files.
Hopefully someone will be able to figure this out and help me get this running.

Try to modify the file "CubismEditor3.bat" in "C:\Program Files\Live2D Cubism 3.0". Add the " " in this line:
set LOG_DIR=%APPDATA%\Live2D\Cubism3_Editor\log -----> ADD ----->
set LOG_DIR="%APPDATA%\Live2D\Cubism3_Editor\log"
if you check the CubismEditor3.bat console output, it will not generate erros, and splash screen will show and Cubism Editor starts.
I hope you could solve the problem with this solution.

It seems that an error occurs when "space" is put in the user name of the PC environment.
This bug is going to be fixed in version 3.0.02 scheduled to be released today.

The opengl error message is often displayed when your PC does not meet the requirements of the Cubism Editor.
In rare cases, you may see it even if your graphics board driver is old.
If you ask us questions without any information about the PC environment you are using, we have nothing to judge.

As you say, the Cubism Editor requires a graphics board.
Try it on a computer that meets the system requirements.

@Enoko(Staff) Hi, I've update my driver and still the same problem. If you would like, I could give you my laptop information so you can check out what happens. However, my laptop pass the system requirement and have anything it need. Thank you, and please give me the answer as soon as possible.

-Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)i7-2640M CPU @ 2.80GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz

hey, can you be more specific?. What graphic card do I need?. I could replace a new graphic card, because I thought only system requirements not specific about which graphic card.
