OpenGL error 0x0501

Hello everyone
      I downloaded the "Live2D_SDK_OpenGL_2.0.06_3_en.zip", decompression inside "SampleApp1" After running case, full screen becomes white, then saw the error output: "Fragment shader compile error OpenGL error 0x0501 in CCTextureAtlas.cpp cocos2d :: TextureAtlas: :mapBuffers 312 "was encountered such a problem? Hope to get your help, thanks!Run on windows.
