I was wondering if someone could explain the purpose of exporting expressions to separate JSON files, as opposed to MTN?
I've been able to get some expressions working properly via MTN, but I've noticed both the Live2d manual and some sample models have the 'expression' folder full of JSON files instead of MTNs....??
what is the benefit of doing this?

sorry, I didn't know the answer myself and it took some time to find the right person... I was told that the decision to use Json instead of mtn was made to enable users to play around with the expression files. I hope this answers the question
