"Processing was interrupted due to an error" while saving

I ran into this problem which I never seen before.
I was replacing texture of model for my project and this error shows up when I went to save the project.
As a result I can't save my changes at all. My project file is still unchanged with old texture in it.

For the record I was using PSD Import and applied default male template for my model.

  • I hate to pressure but I want to say that I'm looking for an immediate fix
    I put my commission project on hold because I need to change my model texture and I can't do it without starting all over..

    A pragmatic solution would be for you to upload the files you'd like to have the change be done on.

    If it's not a texture/file-related issue (maybe it's a problem with your program, software or something), then somebody else can download your files and do the changes you need in Live2D in a jiffy, and send you back the result.

    If it is a texture/file-related issue, then the same applies: it can be re-saved in someone else's Photoshop program or the sort (basically, have the file "written" again from zero) and then the changes can be made in a jiffy again. Because, for example, all of the .PSDs that I have made and saved have had no textures issues with my Live2D program.

    It's just my hypothesis on your problem, but if I'm correct, uploading your files can potentially give you the quick and urgent fix you need, because you would enable someone to act as a proxy to bypass your current problem.
  • Just want to give a heads up that I worked with @andi.g@live2d via PM and now my issue is solved.
    I only needed to modify only the original PSD file, not the auto-generated texture. Then reimport the PSD and you'll be given a dialog for confirming the changes in model. Now my changes are saved!

    Thanks for the tremendous support from Live2D team! You guys are the best devs!

    This is my first time using Live2D, and I'm having the same issue. What, specifically, was changed to correct the issue?

    thanks for your interest in Live2D!
    Basically the problem for @Ran_TH was that @Ran_TH started from a PSD file and then wanted to make adjustments to the illustration, but instead of making the adjustments to the PSD and reimport that, made adjustments to the resulting PNG file, if I got everything right.
    So basically: If you want to add or correct things in the illustration, change the original PSD and then reimport that into the Cubism modeler. Are you getting errors when doing that?
  • I was actually getting an error no matter what when trying to save. I actually redownloaded/reinstalled the program and am having no problems.

    @andi.g@live2d actually i have the same problem and it's my frist project on it
    i just import psd and make a face deformer and close it to save then a windows with Processing was interrupted due to an error" while saving showed and i can't save any thing even if it is just a blank canvas
    reinstall but no change
    the same error showed up every time i save anything
