[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)

macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.

Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

I can't open live2d, it just gives me a white screen

I've tried all the options given for it not opening. All it does it give me a white screen and suddenly my memory usage jumps from 15% to 99%. It makes my entire computer lag. I purchased the monthly pro and logged in and it began to do this
