[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)
macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

I’m using the trial version of Life 2D. When I first downloaded the app, I tested how it works using one specific model/file. After that, I tried to open a different model to edit it, but for some reason, I can no longer open any file except that first model.
Even after deleting and replacing the first model, the problem remains. Other files won’t open - even smaller ones. All my files are in Photoshop format (.psd).

If deleting the configuration file does not resolve the issue, please provide more details about your PC environment.
